It made me feel like she genuinely wanted to understand my dog instead of assuming all dogs are the same. While I was away, she kept me updated and was always easy to reach, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. She’s also very observant and will notice small changes in a dog’s behavior, appetite, or mood and communicate them with you. What I like most about Tian is that she listens and respects how each owner wants their dog to be cared for. She follows their normal routine while also giving them plenty of love and attention. I would feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with her again.

Dogs have been part of my life for over 15 years. I started with a German Shepherd and now share my life with a 15-year-old Yorkshire Terrier who is still active, healthy, and happy. Raising two very different breeds has taught me how every dog has their own personality, energy level, and needs. I’m passionate about science-based dog care and believe in positive reinforcement, proper nutrition, regular exercise, mental enrichment, and preventative care. I pay close attention to each dog’s routine and body language, making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and loved. I treat every dog as if they were my own family.
