I've grown up around animals and have had either cats or dogs in my home for as long as I can remember. My family has also taken in strays over the years, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. Over the years, I've pet sat for friends, family, and others who have hired me to care for their pets. I've looked after both cats and dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior animals requiring extra attention and medications. I'm comfortable adapting to different personalities, routines, and care needs, and I understand that every pet is a little different!

Before caring for your pet, I'd love to know a little about their daily routine, personality, and any specific needs they may have. Does your pet have any allergies, medical conditions, or medications? Are there any fears, behaviours, or triggers I should be aware of? How do they interact with other animals and people? What are some of their favourite activities, and is there anything they particularly dislike? My goal is to keep your pet as comfortable as possible and maintain their usual routine while you're away!

A typical day

I'm currently in my third year of Respiratory Therapy, completing my clinical placements. My schedule is fairly flexible, which allows me to make time for pet sitting throughout the week. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with animals and being outdoors. Whether it's going for walks, playing, or just keeping your pet company, I'm happy to make sure they get the attention and care they need!
