From the very first meet-and-greet, we could tell she genuinely loves pets—and that made all the difference. She’s incredibly organized, responsive, and goes above and beyond to keep us updated. We received daily photos, plus sweet little videos morning, afternoon, and evening—which we absolutely loved. She even let us know when Bruce was eating, playing, or just zooming around having fun. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was happy and well-cared for. We truly trust her completely and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again anytime.
