We hired Tonya to take care of our Lab and German Shepherd as well as our elderly, sick cat Bernice when we had to leave London for an unexpected family emergency. She stayed in our home as we felt the animals would be more comfortable there. She went above and beyond all expectations and actually, our pets fell in love with her. She is super attentive and I know it will sound crazy but she has this unbelievable ability to understand the animals on a level and depth I couldn't even fully ascertain. She's like the animal whisperer - lol, I kid you not. She also had our place completely spotless which was absolutely the icing on the cake. She washed every dish and wiped every counter...swept and mopped and even our bathroom was completely spotless. She absolutely wasn't required to but she did and after experiencing 10 days of grief followed by a devastating loss, she was just what we all needed. I can not thank her enough...if you are thinking about hiring her... think no more - DO it
