My Experience as a Pet Sitter & Dog Walker πΎπΏ I have approximately 8 years of experience caring for animals, including pet-sitting bookings and private clients. I also had the opportunity to gain experience working in a veterinary office for 8 months during high school, which gave me additional exposure to animal care in a professional setting. Over the years, Iβve cared for dogs of different sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities, as well as cats with their own unique needs. My experience includes dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight house sitting, feeding, fresh water, playtime, companionship, and maintaining petsβ usual routines while their owners are away. I understand that every pet is different, whether theyβre an energetic pup who loves long walks, a gentle giant who prefers a slower pace, a senior pet needing extra patience, or a shy cat who takes a little time to warm up. I always aim to tailor my care to each animalβs individual needs and personality. πΏ Need someone to care for your plants, too? Iβm happy to help! From watering houseplants to keeping your plants cared for while youβre on vacation, I can help make sure everything stays healthy while youβre away. I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your furry family members and your home. I strive to provide reliable, attentive, and loving care, along with regular photo updates and messages to give you peace of mind while youβre away. β€οΈπΆπ±π±
What and when does your pet eat? How is your pet with strangers and children? Is there anything your pet is afraid of? Does your pet take any medication? What does your pet like and dislike? What does your pet's daily routine look like? How does your pet get along with other animals? Does your pet have any allergies or health issues?
My Typical Day as a Dog Walker & Pet Sitter πΆπ± Every day looks a little different when you work with animals, and thatβs what I love about it! My day usually starts with checking in on my furry clients, making sure theyβre happy, comfortable, and ready for some attention. πΎ Morning: Morning walks, potty breaks, breakfast, fresh water, and cuddles before their owners start their day. π Midday: Drop-in visits, fun walks, playtime, and plenty of enrichment to keep tails wagging and curious minds busy. π± Afternoon: Checking on cats and other pets, refreshing food and water, cleaning litter boxes, and giving each pet attention based on their individual needs. π‘ Evening: Dinner routines, evening walks, relaxation, and overnight house-sitting care when booked. Throughout the day, I make sure every pet receives loving, attentive care tailored to their personality and routine. I also love keeping pet parents updated with photos and messages, so they can feel reassured while theyβre away. For me, pet sitting is more than a job. Itβs about building trust, creating happy experiences, and treating every furry family member like my own. β€οΈπΎ
